Welcome to the Ultimate Mental Health Private Practice Summit
Learn. Connect. Build
Are you ready to take your private practice to the next level? Whether you're just starting out, looking to grow, or aiming to sustain a thriving business, this summit will give you the tools, strategies, and community you need to succeed.Â
This isn’t just another event—it’s a game-changer for private practice owners and practitioners.
We’ll be using the SIPP Model of private practice growth and development, which breaks down the essential components of a successful practice:
- Self-Leadership: Master your mindset, develop confidence, and lead with purpose.
- Impact: Create meaningful change in the lives of your clients and community AND ensure that your practice has a positive impact on you.
- Profit: Build a practice that is not only sustainable but also profitable.
- Process: Establish systems and strategies to streamline and grow with ease.
Starting and growing a private practice can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. During this summit, we’ll demystify the process and guide you through both the crucial foundations and the essential components that make up a successful private practice.
Â
As mental health professionals, we often navigate the journey of private practice in isolation.

Hands-on tools and actionable steps to boost your confidence as a business owner.Â

Next Level Private Practice Summit Inclusion Disclaimer
Hi, I'm Rachel Bentley, LPC.
I built and currently run a practice of 35+ therapists, and now I’m hired by busy practice owners when they hit a wall in growing their practice OR if they do not have time to figure everything out on their own.
I created the Next Level Private Practice Summit because I have a passion for helping others in private practice build community and connection with others who get it.
If you're ready to move your practice to the next level, you'll love this opportunity to get out of the office and spend some strategic time getting perspective, thinking about where you are, and taking intentional steps to move toward where you want to go.

KEYNOTE:
Rebecca Wilson, MDiv
Rebecca Wilson (she/her) is a cultivator of creativity, queer poet, curious observer, and soulful storyteller, uniquely gifted at bringing people together, speaking gently to harsh realities, and stirring transformation.
When the denomination she faithfully served told her she could not be ordained and openly queer, she chose authenticity. She regularly looks back, not with regret, but rather with a deep desire to journey with others seeking liberation from the beliefs, institutions, and systems that deny our humanity and bind our spirits.
Rebecca and her 10 Camels now travel the country turning words into water through poetry, sermons, keynote addresses, workshops, and consultations. A sought-after voice for organizations ready to dive into all the things that cause and quench our thirst.
She is the author of Unraveling: Coming Out and Back Together, a collection of poems that capture her experience of coming out, surrendering her clergy credentials, and releasing the shame that was never hers to carry. She writes weekly reflections at Wednesdays at the Well on Substack.
