Meet the SIPP Model
"What is the big picture of private practice? What do I need to think about, where do I start, and what do I prioritize?"
I created the SIPP Model to answer exactly that. It's easy to spend most of your time solving today's problems, which keeps us reactive and makes it hard to think long term.
The SIPP Model is the foundation of your practice — think of it like the foundation of a house. Inside that foundation live all the granular pieces of your practice, the ice cubes.
