I'm Rachel Bentley
I built and currently run a practice of 35+ therapists, and now I’m hired by busy practice owners when they hit a wall in growing their practice OR if they do not have time to figure everything out on their own.
Together we prioritize and create a clear, concise plan for growth so you build a practice you LOVE, one that is profitable, one that makes a positive impact and that doesn’t have you working around the clock.
I especially love supporting the LGBTQ+ community but I am open to working with ALL people.
